3. Ordering & Payments
• Orders for physical books and journals are processed through Lulu and Amazon.
• Custom orders require upfront payment before production begins.
• We accept payments via PayPal (with Stripe to be introduced soon for smoother transactions).
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times and fees for physical products depend on the policies of Lulu.
• Digital products (PDFs/e-books) are available for instant download after purchase.
• Custom orders will have specific delivery timelines communicated during the order process.
5. Refund & Return Policy
• Purchases made via Lulu are subject to their refund and return policy.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• In the case of a damaged or incorrect custom order, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution consistent with how the order was initially sent.
• Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for downloadable content such as PDFs or e-books.
