  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 to 9 business days after payment is confirmed. For custom orders, we will communicate specific timelines during the ordering process.
  • Shipping Methods & Carriers: Physical products are shipped through third-party platforms such as Lulu, Amazon, and Etsy, based on the item purchased. Tracking details will be provided when available.
  • Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We do not have control over third-party platform shipping costs.
  • Estimated Delivery: After processing, please allow additional time for shipping based on your location. Delivery timelines vary but typically fall within 7 to 9 business days for most destinations. This may change as we expand our operations.

Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products: Returns for physical books and journals are subject to the refund and return policies of the third-party platforms where the purchase was made (Lulu, Amazon, Etsy).
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started. Please double-check all specifications before placing your order.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@deemusememoir.com within 5 days of receipt. We’ll work with you and the relevant platform to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or postage.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., PDFs, e-books), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for downloadable content once purchased and delivered.
